SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS

SHIPPING
RAW COPY ships worldwide.
Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days and are sent using a tracked shipping service. Tracking information is available upon request.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or VAT upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
RAW COPY is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs or circumstances outside our control.
RETURNS
We do not accept returns if you have simply changed your mind.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at rawcopymagazine@proton.me within 7 days of delivery, including your order details and clear photographs of the damage or fault.
If your return is approved, the item must be returned before a refund can be issued.
For UK returns, RAW COPY will cover the return postage cost. For international returns, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.
REFUNDS
Refunds are only available for items that arrive damaged or faulty.
Once the returned item has been received and the damage or fault has been confirmed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
A refund cannot be issued unless the item has been returned.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
